We've had an account for years at Union Bank in Casa de Oro and couldn't be happier with that branch. We went to the La Mesa branch to drop off a cashiers check and they told us they'd have to put a hold on it. We've never had a "hold" put on a cashiers check. We told them to cancel our transaction and we'd go to our branch, which at the time was inconvenient, but our branch took our transaction with no conditions. We just will never go back to La Mesa.
