Every time we receive professional and quick service at bargain prices. Everyone I know comes here for their bike maintenance and repairs and we live 7 miles from their location. So worth the drive for great customer service. And their showroom and offerings of bike related accessories are impressive.
They are amazing! Just getting into biking, so I have tons of questions. They help me select the bike, had it shipped to the store, called me promptly when it arrived. When I went to pick up today Travis help me select an appropriate car rack and bike lock. He also told me about various classes that they offer to learn more about maintenance and care of my bike. Customer service is excellent, though sometimes you have to wait a little bit. overall, a great experience and they've earned a customer for life.
Great place to buy a bike. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I got a flat and ask if I could come in before opening and they were all about. Even took it in the back and did the change. Will be getting my next bike from here.
What a super store!These guys have a huge range of brand name bicycles and a great selection of quality accessories.My wife and I picked up some bike clothing and a few other items.We got a good deal and real friendly service from James the manager who is a top guy.
These guys are super helpful and I found their pricing to be very good. I am just getting back into riding and was looking for a comfort bike... not a big purchase by comparison to some of the great road and mountain bikes they have. Still, I was impressed that the level of service was very good considering I was spending less than $400. This place has a local shop feel even though they are part of a large chain. I live in La mesa, and I am looking forward to taking advantage of the free adjustments that came with my purchase.
