I called the dealership and the OWNER of the business made fun of my mental disabilities and then told me that I have problems and that I need to go see a doctor, so I drove to the dealership and confronted him about what he said and he immediately yelled "call the police" as soon as I walked in the door because he knew what he said was wrong, I asked him to tell me face to face what he wanted to tell me over the phone and he refused to speak with me, I left the dealer on my own and as I'm leaving three cop cars pull up. The owner is unprofessional and should not be in business.

My transmission went out on my 2013 VW CC, it was towed 3 times in the first 4 days and I have been without a car more than I've had it. $22,000 after taxes and financing and I am dealing with the car shutting down on the freeway, causing me to lose work through uber (I could lose my home and my cars) This car is a danger to my life when it halts on the freeway and I can't afford to fix a car I just purchased. This is a nightmare that I never thought that I would ever have to face. The car is under warranty and I thought I would be safe but the problem is sporadic and the VW dealer can't fully figure out the problem so as of right now I am stuck with a car and my life will fall apart within the month because of this dealership.
