Made an appointment on July 25 for my husband to see the doctor on October 18. Today, October 17, I called to confirm the appt and was told they have to reschedule as he won't be in tomorrow! They said they called to leave a message but there were no messages on my phone. Terrible customer service and that's probably indicative of the doctor's style and skill. We'll go elsewhere!
I've had good luck at this office until today. Dr Cheng has very good bedside manner. Front desk girls are polite. I was seen on time my first appointment. After that, I've been waiting a minimum 30 mins. Aside from the waiting room, the offices are very messy. Dr Gao does not have good bedside manner. Literally snorted and spit phlegm into a garbage can while rambling on about how I need to go to a different facility for help. Quick and impersonal. I left crying and confused. I won't be going back.
lousy doctor avoid he is not even quallafied to be a neurologist out right told me he would not help me with stroke recovery to focus on my diettold me I was imagining brain trauma and was lying about severity pof stroke focussed more on how to make things easier for caregivers rather than theropy
Dr Gao, and his PA's and staff are attentive to the needs of my parents and my many questions as I am my parents care giver. They are super busy, but it is because they are good.
