It is Thursday September 7th at 8:15pm. Who ever this guy was could have care less of us.
Stopped in to make a payment and buy a smart tv for my daughter. The guy wearing a yellow shirt the stands in the entrance was staring at me like if he wanted to fight me. I asked why was he mad and with a rude tone he replied "I'm not mad" and tried to stare me down. We made our payment and just left the store. I owe and have paid Best Buy way too much money to be treated in this manner.
Very disappointed and disrespected.
Employees were constantly asking if I needed help. They were setting up things for me to try that weren't even supposed to be on the display floor. The lady from TVs was helping me with lap tops even though it wasn't her area. Everyone was great.
Much better service than most Best Buys. People are helpful and this place is well stocked.

If you need any help with your item or made a mistake with your purchase do not buy from them. After shopping at costco or any other retailer I was shocked with how unwilling they were to help and were open about not putting customer first but store policies first. They segment out customers by elite members who pay more and get better treatment and policies on issues with items or returns.
