I love Natura Waxing Lounge & Spa! The staff is excellent and Rafaela is the best! Extremely friendly and professional, she will explain to you the whole procedure and do it with minimal to no pain. The waxes are clear and prepared in front of you, leaving no doubt about the fact that they do not reuse wax. And the place itself is top-notch. Rafaela will gladly show you the whole Spa, and the place is not only beautiful but also very clean. I already had my second appointment and I would not go to any other place I am a fan for sure :-)

I had my eyebrows threaded here and it was really painless. Obviously it was still a little uncomfortable because you're getting the hairs ripped out right above your eyeballs, but it didn't hurt. The lady who did them was quick and she shaped them exactly the way I asked. I thought the process were reasonable too. If it's your first time there, I'd advise getting there about 5 minutes before your appointment so you can check in on their tablet.
My first waxing appointment was with Yarik Paacios a true expert. She is a true professional. Maticulous and takes pride in her work. I felt at ease and was very comfortable. I highly recommend her for any service you may need.
