It sucks because they have cool stuff but everytime ive been the customer service sucks. And ive delt with a few different employees and none of them have any customer service skills.
Fountains is okay. Staff is knowledgable but not always polite. Ive had bad and good experiences it really seems to depend on who you talk to. Avoid the older lady who owns it if you have questions or expect good customer service. However the fish are much healthier than the big chain stores. There is a large selection of basically everything. I generally only go here if I cant find what im looking for anywhere else.
Best fish store in San Diego! I been coming here since a child and now I bring my kids. They have all the exotic fishes, live blood's worm, koi, own by a mom and pops! Support our local business!
This place was awesome today! I went there looking for some suggestions on a lid for a 2.5 gallon aquarium for my bettas that I had bought at PetSmart but PetSmart doesn't sell the lids to them. Go figure! They were very helpful by finding one and ordering two more for my other two that I have and at a reasonable price! I will be returning again! :-)
