"sorry we don't have packing tape here, we sell it" GO TO UPS, no charge. also, here if you write "check for I.D." on the back of your credit card, they WON'T accept it. only place in my life that declined it.
This Post Office is amazing, I sell items on etsy and I drop my packages off all the time in there and I have not had any issue at all, the staffs are very friendly. I live really close and I will miss theirs services because I will move out a little far from them. sad for it..
The wait time on the phone is 20-30 mins. IT HAS NOW BEEN 35. i have been expecting a letter for 10 days now. I put mailin mymailbox yesterdayand putthe flag up. Noone was there to get it and still today nothing. The stuff i put in is stillthere and no new mail. Come on!!!!
I have a PO Box here. My mail often gets put into someone else's box and I find other people's mail in mine. Kind of makes it hard to run a business if you're expecting something in the mail. I know mistakes happen to everyone, but how hard is it to match a box # to a piece of mail?
Great service. I sell items online and was expecting my trips during the holidays to be hell on Earth, but the lines moved quickly and everyone was kind, helpful and efficient. Keep in mind this is USPS not Kinkos or UPS, they are not going to box or tape your packages. It is funded by things like postage and stamp sales, I'm beyond happy to pack my items to keep those prices low and ship parcels to the other side of the country for less than a latte, and ship to Japan for less than a sushi bill.
