Just visiting to check out the place, seems like a nice place with decent amenities. The price for electricity seems very high.

Waaaaay over priced. Freeway noise. I lived there long term for almost 2 years because of my work. I've stayed in way nicer places for less than half the money. Washing machines in the laundry facilities are $2.75 and dryers $2.50 and they're always broken. They increased the rent by $600 for the summer rates. I asked to be moved to the next space over because the tenants next to me made so much noise I couldn't sleep. They said they couldn't rent that space to a long term tenant (me) and it was only available to weekenders. Well, the last 3 months they have rented it to a long term tenant. The time that I've been there, I've paid them over $28,000 in rent for a slab of concrete and a hole in the ground for my sewer. One would think that would buy a little customer loyalty. To top it off, after I moved out, they still, unauthorized, debited my account for a month's rent. If any of you have ever tried to get money back from an RV park, you know, this is almost impossible. To top it off, they already have a security deposit on top of that. This is one of the few, somewhat nicer parks in San Diego but it is so over priced, it's complete robbery.

I like this RV resort. It's clean inside and they have all the things needed. We had an issue with our power and they came and quickly fixed it. The staff was very helpful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 star is because we had ants, although we've been there before and didn't have them.

I cancelled my reservation on May 1 and still have not received my refund. I was told it would be refunded the entire amount. I have left multiple messages and sent emails and I am being ignored. I did speak with one man over a week ago and was told someone from accounting would return my call the next day, still nothing! I am glad we will not be staying there as their customer service is terrible. I've had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Convenient but pricey. For what you pay, you expect everything to be in tip top shape. It isn't. Facilities not too clean. The handicapped stall in the men's has a door that won't close. Women's shower floor uneven enough to be difficult for my partially handicapped wife. Exit with our travel trailer was unsafe, as the gate opens onto a busy street without enough clearance to see what's coming. We won't be back or recommend the facility.
