This company does not deserve a star. They were referred by a mutual friend for a 14 day cruise to the Mediterranean with a group of people which did not come cheap. My initial correspondence with the owner I already sensed that she was not acting in my best interest...very unprofessional, unorganized and extremely rude. The owners came to the cruise with the group and even the first day was already a fiasco. Instead of having a memorable experience it left a bad taste to the whole experience. I will not even refer this company to my worst enemy.
I would not recommend this travel agency. The travel agents were rude, unprofessional & disorganized. They ruined a memorable lifetime trip with friends by joining our tour group and showing their impolite, intrusive personalities. For the expensive price we paid, it was not worth it to book with this travel agency. Again, I do not recommend them at all. There are other better options.

Shortly after that she established her own agency with her husband, Manny. To this day, we still do our bookings with them. Can't say enough of their professionalism, organization and attention to details, which is very important to me. They go the extra mile to ensure that everybody in their group have a wonderful time, be it cruising or on land tour; very helpful and understanding with one's needs.
