My husband rented a car in Sept 2017. When he got home he found an electronic scale and baggies with white residue in the glove compartment. We took the car back in the morning with the items and were assured that we would not be charged for the car. Sales person and manager agreed. Well, almost a month goes by and we are charged $62.97 through our bank account. They would not do anything about this at the store front. To add insult to injury, this one more than the one day rental without insurance. What do they think they are doing?

This place sucked. Had me waiting for 45min, no update. Supposedly only one car available?? Moving my business to enterprise across the highway. No one in organization seemed apologetic or cared.

I've been to this location 3 times and must say that the customer service that John had provided was excellent. On one occasion there was not a car available and he made sure that I was up to speed on the process and made several options and alternatives available.
I've rented multiple times from this location, however it looks like the regular staff I've become accustomed to are no longer there. The new staff is inadequately trained, they take your information and sit there and stare blankly at their screen. Furthermore complaining about how they are over today. I waited for over an hour while they assisted other clients, I was never greeted or acknowledged. I will never rent from this location again.
